Siblings

Working with these three was definitely a breath of fresh air - especially after trying to get sibling shots of my own rough-and-tumble monkeys. Unlike my monkeys (who can’t be near each other without driving each other nuts, is this just an all-boy thing maybe?), these kids were adorable and loving with each other. I particularly enjoyed watching the older two take care of their baby sister, who has been battling cancer in both her eyes since she was 4 months old. It’s amazing how perceptive and loving kids can be. And how resilient, spunky and fun they are at the same time.

I adore sibling shots, especially gorgeous ones like this because it’s not often you can get the kids together looking all love and sweetness LOL, although these sweeties could be the exception to the rule, they look like they are always this sweet

The image is beautiful but I find my eyes filled with tears. Tears because sometimes things are hard and there is suffering. But also tears of deep joy because we learn and grown and often great love is developed. You were able to capture that process. Thank you for sharing.
